Summary of Work
Work included tuckpointing brick and terra cotta, removal and replacement of sealants, and terra cotta cornice repairs. In addition, substantial limestone work was performed involving both new and existing units.
Project Highlight/Challenge
The project required the addition of four stories of penthouses onto the existing structure and the installation of new GFRC spandrels, balconies, and cornice units.
