Summary of Work
The work included rebuilding of the existing parapet, tuckpointing, shelf angle repairs and lintel replacement.
Project Highlight/Challenge
After the project began, it became clear that various construction features of the building allowed for dust infiltration into occupied units. MARK 1 worked with the owners to enter their individual units and install dust protection systems, thereby remedying this problem to the satisfaction of everyone involved.
