Historical restoration of this landmark structure. Scope of work included terra cotta repairs, installation of a new ornamental cornice and supporting steel structure, brick rebuilding, tuckpointing, shelf angle repairs, caulking, and chemical cleaning of facade.

Project Highlight/Challenge
The installation of a new GFRC cornice at the top of the building along with a new steel support system presented a unique challenge due to the complexity of the work and the amount of pedestrian activity at this location.
